Just imagine being able to enjoy a coffee, tea or smoothie in a cool café whilst all your broken and damaged electrical appliances and other bits and bobs are fixed! Well, there's no need to imagine because The Repair Café is being launched in Amsterdam this May and that's exactly the service they're offering!

The guys behind the café will organise regular meetups, but there'll also be a permanent café at 75 James Wattstraat in the east of Amsterdam. Experienced technicians and handymen will be regularly available for questions and on the spot help. You can even get involved in the repairing yourself if you'd like to learn. Brilliant!
