Healthy eating by post

Fancy getting healthy snacks delivered literally through your letterbox? In the United Kingdom, startup Graze is offering that very service and it's hugely popular. People select their favourite foods online (from a range of 150 different items ranging from fresh pineapple to wasabi peanuts and dried berries) and their choices are packaged and sent by post in handy slimline boxes (see photo above).  All from as little as £2.99 for one bite-sized box.

We'd love these boxes at our Strawberry headquarters, but haven't found anyone offering exactly the same service in NL (yet). Is this an idea for Dutch eco entrepreneur Thijl or Ruud Maaz. Follow Graze's adventures on Twitter in the meantime.

If you do have a promising food innovation/business idea, don't forget that you could pitch it at this year's New Venture Food Innovation competition...
