Last weekend Strawberry Earth co-founder Ikenna Azuike joined in one of the Strawberry Deal outings - a running and team building workshop from two top Dutch athletes: Patrick van Luijk and Virgil Spier. The duo have started a new company called Running Mates aimed at helping people achieve their fitness and mental goals. According to Ikenna the workshop was A LOT of fun:

"Admittedly it is the last time I will ever wear tights in winter, but even with the cold this was a genuinely memorable experience. It's not every day you get running tips from guys who have performed at the very highest levels of sport, including the Olympics. A great balance of fun, physical exercise and motivational tips. Good stuff. By the way, you know I was talking about running tights not, like, girls' tights right? Right?"
