Love food, hate waste

How can we make restaurants less wasteful and more sustainable? That's the question Dutch organisation CREM is trying to answer, and they'd like our help :-) 

CREM have teamed up with restaurant review platform IENS.nl and Milieu Centraal to research just how sustainable dining can be. Would you like restaurants to share more information about their food - is it local, organic, animal friendly, MSC certified? Would you even be willing to pay more if a menu offered organic alternatives? By filling out this questionnaire you can help with their research and also potentially win a dinner for two at Fifteen Amsterdam.
