Name what goes wrong

We shouldn't label products 'Fair Trade', 'sustainable' or 'organic', says Gustaaf Haan in Dutch newspaper Volkskrant. Instead, it should be the other way around. We need to come up with a label for shirts made by kids, sprayed apples and chocolate with a taste of slavery.

In short: sustainability and good labor conditions should be the standard. That's why we need to focus on products that are harmful for people and planet. These products need a sticker, so everybody in the supermarket can see: not okay.

The only thing is: we need a name. A name that covers all harmful stuff. Got an idea? Send in your name (in Dutch) at The best idea will be rewarded with a bottle of wine. Produced in a standard way…
